PA Biodiesel Supply grew from our personal search to find good quality, inexpensively priced items necessary to set up our own waste vegetable oil filtration unit. We found ourselves often paying higher costs for a "name brand" item and receiving little customer service, particularly from larger companies. We realized we could offer good quality products at lower costs in addition to offering personalized customer service. Beginning as an E-bay seller, we continue to offer some of our products there. We feel our rating of 100% with over 600 sales speaks for itself. We knew the kind of customer service that we could offer would be unique in that people could benefit from the knowledge we gained through Girlmark Biodiesel Classes, our personal experience with set-up of an apple seed processor and wvo (Waste Vegetable Oil) filtration units, and our conversations with many wvo/biodiesel producers. We are a family owned business. When you phone us you will not speak to a machine, but either my wife or I. We return nearly all phone calls the same day we receive them.
